Royal Enfield has announced the commencement of registrations for the highly anticipated Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Limited Edition, an exclusive collaboration with renowned Taiwanese custom motorcycle builder Rough Crafts. Limited to just 100 individually numbered motorcycles worldwide, the collector’s edition will be available across India, Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region.
Inspired by the bespoke ‘Caliber Royale’ custom motorcycle that debuted at EICMA 2025 and later captivated enthusiasts at Motoverse 2025, the special edition celebrates Royal Enfield’s strong association with motorcycle customisation and craftsmanship.
The Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Limited Edition is priced at ₹5.75 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
Only 25 Units for India
Royal Enfield will release the motorcycle through a region-wise online drop between July 27 and July 30, 2026, with just 25 motorcycles allocated for each region.
For India, the sale will begin on July 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM IST, with only the first 25 successful buyers securing the exclusive motorcycle.
Enthusiasts must register through the Drop Zone on the Royal Enfield App or the official website between July 15 and July 30, 2026, to become eligible for the purchase.
Inspired by the ‘Caliber Royale’ Custom
Based on the modular Shotgun 650 platform, the limited edition adopts the distinctive styling of Rough Crafts’ acclaimed Caliber Royale custom build.
The motorcycle features a premium Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black finish highlighted by elegant Gold Leaf striping with subtle grey accents. Exclusive design elements include individually numbered fuel tanks, a cast brass collaboration badge, black bar-end mirrors, quilted leather seat, contrast-cut alloy wheels and premium gold fork tubes.
Each owner will also receive a numbered gold-on-black artwork featuring a sketch of the original Caliber Royale, personally designed and signed by Winston Yeh, founder of Rough Crafts.
Commenting on the launch, Adrian John Sellers, Head – Custom & Motorsports, Royal Enfield, said the limited-edition motorcycle reflects the Shotgun 650’s custom-first philosophy while bringing the craftsmanship and design language of Rough Crafts to Royal Enfield enthusiasts worldwide.
With only 100 units globally, the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts is expected to become one of the most exclusive and collectable motorcycles in Royal Enfield’s modern portfolio.
