KTM has expanded its popular 390 lineup in India with the introduction of new 350cc engine variants for the KTM 390 Duke and KTM 390 Adventure. The move aims to make KTM’s performance-focused motorcycles more accessible by leveraging the lower 18% GST bracket.
The new 350cc variants retain the brand’s ‘Ready to Race’ philosophy, delivering 41.5 PS of power and 33.5 Nm of torque, while maintaining identical underpinnings, including wheelbase, ground clearance, technology, and ergonomics.
The KTM 390 Duke continues to target urban riders with its sharp handling and aggressive character, while the KTM 390 Adventure carries forward its dual-purpose appeal, combining touring comfort with off-road capability.

Pricing for the new variants starts at ₹2.77 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Duke and ₹2.80 lakh for the Adventure, making them more attainable compared to their 399cc counterparts. Meanwhile, the existing 399cc models—including the Duke R and multiple Adventure variants—remain unchanged in the lineup.
According to Manik Nangia, President of Probiking at Bajaj Auto Ltd., the introduction of these variants is aimed at expanding the KTM rider base by offering a more affordable entry point without compromising on performance or core brand values.
With this strategic expansion, KTM is looking to grow its performance motorcycle community while bringing its signature riding experience to a wider audience in India.
