Ultraviolette Automotive has demonstrated the competitive potential of electric motorcycles by securing a double victory at the Ahmedabad Dirt Track 2026, with its electric crossover X-47 claiming top honours in both the Adventure (Up to 450cc) and Foreign Motorcycle categories.
Ridden by multiple National Supercross champion Mustufa Namdar, the X-47 stood out as the only electric motorcycle in the competition, taking on a strong field of conventional internal combustion motorcycles from several established brands.
The event, organised by Falcon Racing at Mud & Metal Motorsports, featured more than 80 riders competing across 10 amateur and professional categories on an 850-metre technical dirt circuit packed with steep jumps, slush sections, and challenging obstacles.
In the Adventure category, Namdar quickly established his pace, taking the lead from the opening lap. By the fourth lap, he had lapped five riders before crossing the finish line comfortably in first place, making the X-47 the fastest motorcycle in its class.
The momentum continued in the Foreign Motorcycle category, where Namdar climbed from third position to secure another commanding victory, completing a remarkable double win for Ultraviolette.
The performance marks another significant milestone for the Bengaluru-based EV manufacturer as it expands the capabilities of electric motorcycles beyond urban mobility and into competitive motorsport. The X-47’s success further reinforces the growing potential of electric powertrains in demanding off-road racing environments, proving that performance, durability, and reliability are no longer exclusive to conventional combustion-powered machines.
