Zelio E-Mobility has unveiled the 2026 iteration of its popular low-speed scooter, Gracy, at the RideAsia EV Expo 2026 held at Bharat Mandapam. The updated model continues to target young urban commuters, especially students and women riders, with a focus on safety, practicality, and affordability.

The Gracy 2026 features a refreshed design, improved build quality, and a lightweight structure. It is offered in multiple colour options including Snow Pearl White, Bright Black, Yellow, Noble Metal Gray, and Hibiscus Purple, enhancing its appeal among younger buyers.

Priced from ₹59,999, the scooter positions itself as a value-driven option in the low-speed EV segment. As part of the launch offer, the first 500 customers will receive a complimentary safety helmet.

Battery Options and Pricing

The scooter is available in four battery configurations:

  • 60V/32Ah Lead Acid – ₹59,999
  • 72V/32Ah Lead Acid – ₹62,499
  • 60V/32Ah Lithium-ion – ₹72,999
  • 72V/32Ah Lithium-ion – ₹76,999

Performance and Range

The Gracy 2026 delivers a top speed of 25 km/h and a claimed range of 60–120 km per charge, making it suitable for daily city commutes. It is powered by a 60/72V BLDC motor and consumes approximately 2 units of electricity per charge.

Charging time is 8–10 hours for lead-acid variants and 4–5 hours for lithium-ion variants. The scooter also offers a segment-leading 50-litre boot space, enhancing practicality for both urban and rural users.

Built for real-world riding conditions, the scooter comes equipped with:

  • 90/90-12 tyres
  • Telescopic front suspension and rear spring-loaded setup
  • LED headlamp and digital instrument cluster

Zelio also offers a 2-year warranty on the motor, controller, and frame, ensuring peace of mind for buyers.

Commenting on the launch, Kunal Arya said that the new Gracy has been designed to meet the evolving needs of young riders, combining style, comfort, and dependable performance while keeping affordability in focus.

The latest edition of RideAsia EV Expo saw participation from over 300 brands, highlighting rapid advancements in India’s electric mobility space. Zelio’s Gracy attracted strong interest at the event, reflecting growing demand for affordable EV solutions.

Since its inception in 2021, Zelio E-Mobility has expanded significantly, with an annual production capacity of 72,000 units, a customer base of over 2 lakh users, and a dealership network spanning 500+ outlets across 20 states and union territories.
