Bajaj Auto
has announced a comprehensive update to its Chetak electric scooter lineup, introducing a new ‘C Series’ nomenclature alongside key upgrades in performance, technology, and connectivity.

The refreshed portfolio will now be offered as C 35, C 30, and C 25 series, with the flagship C 35 01 gaining Google Maps navigation integrated via the Chetak app, addressing growing demand for seamless navigation features.

Performance has also been enhanced across the range, with increased top speeds — up to 80 km/h on the C 35 models, 70 km/h on the C 30 variants, and 60 km/h on the C 25. The flagship model also sees a motor output bump to 4.8 kW, improving responsiveness and ride quality. Charging times have been reduced as well, with the C 30 01 now achieving 0–80% in under 3 hours.

Feature additions include Ride Modes and Hill Hold Assist, now standard on C 35 and C 30 variants. Select models also benefit from over-the-air (OTA) updates, enabling continuous software improvements without dealership visits.

With these updates, Bajaj aims to strengthen the Chetak’s positioning as a tech-forward and practical electric scooter in India’s growing EV market.
