The Tata Harrier, an SUV manufactured by Tata Motors, achieved a remarkable sales milestone by selling one lakh units within just four years since its initial launch. The Harrier was first introduced to the Indian market in 2019 as one of Tata’s early forays into the SUV segment. It made its debut in January 2019, utilizing the OmegaArc platform derived from the D8 platform found in Jaguar Land Rover SUVs
Over the years, Tata Motors has made several updates and introduced new variants of the Harrier, including the Dark and Camo Editions. The latest iteration, known as the Red Dark Edition, was recently launched. The SUV is priced between Rs 15 lakh and Rs 24.07 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available in 19 different trim levels. With a seating capacity of five, the Harrier competes with popular vehicles like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara.
