Škoda Auto India has expanded the appeal of its flagship sedan with the introduction of two exclusive dual-tone colour options for the Slavia Monte Carlo—Shimla Green and Steel Grey. Limited to just 200 units, these special editions add a fresh layer of exclusivity to the performance-oriented sedan while celebrating Škoda’s rich Rallye Monte Carlo heritage.
The new colour options enhance the Slavia Monte Carlo’s sporty character, complementing its signature blacked-out styling elements, premium black-and-red cabin theme and feature-packed interior. The limited-run variants are aimed at buyers seeking a more distinctive ownership experience without compromising on the sedan’s engaging driving dynamics.
Under the hood, the Slavia Monte Carlo continues to offer two turbo-petrol engine choices. The 1.0-litre TSI produces 115 PS and 178 Nm, paired with a 6-speed torque converter automatic, while the more powerful 1.5-litre TSI develops 150 PS and 250 Nm, mated to a 7-speed DSG transmission. The 1.5 TSI also features Active Cylinder Technology, allowing two cylinders to deactivate under light loads for improved fuel efficiency, alongside plasma-coated cylinder liners for enhanced thermal management.
The Monte Carlo badge carries significant importance in Škoda’s history, paying tribute to the brand’s century-long association with Rallye Monte Carlo. Reinforcing its performance credentials, the Slavia Monte Carlo recently joined the Kushaq Monte Carlo, Kylaq, Kodiaq and Octavia RS in setting an India and Asia Book of Records for the Fastest Multi-Car Relay by a Single Manufacturer at the CoASTT circuit in Coimbatore.
With these exclusive colour editions, Škoda continues to strengthen the Slavia Monte Carlo’s appeal for enthusiasts looking for a premium sedan that blends sporty styling, advanced technology and strong driving performance.
