JLR India has introduced the Range Rover SV Ultra, the most luxurious and technologically advanced Range Rover ever created, priced from ₹3.80 crore (ex-showroom, New Delhi). Positioned as the flagship of the Range Rover lineup, the SV Ultra blends bespoke craftsmanship, exclusive design elements and groundbreaking in-cabin technology to redefine modern luxury.
The highlight of the new flagship SUV is the world-first SV Electrostatic Sound system, making its debut in a production vehicle. Featuring 21 ultra-light electrostatic transducers integrated into the headrests, seatbacks and roof lining, the system delivers an immersive, studio-quality listening experience. The speakers respond significantly faster than conventional units while consuming up to 90% less power and weighing substantially less, all without using rare earth materials.
Complementing the audio experience are Body and Soul Seats (BASS) and the Sensory Haptic Floor, allowing occupants not only to hear but also physically feel music. The SUV also offers six wellness-focused BASS programmes designed to enhance relaxation and focus.
Powering the Range Rover SV Ultra is a 395 kW petrol mild-hybrid V8 engine, delivering effortless performance while maintaining the refinement expected from the luxury SUV. A fully electric version is scheduled to join the lineup later this year.
Visually, the SV Ultra stands apart with an exclusive Titan Silver exterior finish featuring fine aluminium flakes that create a distinctive liquid-metal effect. Satin Platinum accents, new 23-inch alloy wheels, and updated Range Rover centre caps further enhance its commanding road presence.
Inside, the cabin features a new Orchid White and Cinder Grey Ultrafabrics™ interior finished in a premium leather-free material. Laser-crafted seat patterns, sustainably sourced Rattan Palm veneer, ceramic detailing, bespoke SV speakers and premium textile cushions create an environment focused on luxury, craftsmanship and sustainability.
