Nissan has introduced the Magnite Geza Special Edition in India, starting at a price of Rs 7.39 lakh. Bookings for the special edition are open with a token amount of Rs 11,000. Inspired by Japanese theatre, this edition focuses on providing an enhanced musical experience.
The special edition offers an updated 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, one inch larger than the regular Magnite, with wireless compatibility for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The audio system is upgraded with JBL speakers, although Nissan hasn’t specified the number of speakers included. Similar to the Red Edition, the Magnite Geza Edition features ambient lighting, which can be controlled through a smartphone app. Optional beige seat covers are also available.
Two features carried over from the regular Magnite are a rear camera with guidelines and a shark-fin antenna. The Magnite Geza Special Edition is exclusively available in one variant, powered by a 72hp, 1.0-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. It is offered in five color options: Onyx Black, Sandstone Brown, Storm White, Flare Garnet Red, and Blade Silver.
In the competitive segment, the Nissan Magnite faces rivals such as the Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Maruti Suzuki Fronx, Renault Kiger, and Tata Punch.
