Mercedes-Benz has introduced the exclusive Night Edition versions of the Mercedes-Benz GLE and Mercedes-Benz GLS in India. These limited-series luxury SUVs bring a darker and more distinctive design language, combined with premium interior enhancements and additional features aimed at customers seeking greater exclusivity and personalization.
The Night Edition models are part of a global limited-run series and will be available in restricted numbers across international markets, including India. Mercedes-Benz says the editions are designed to cater to growing customer demand for bespoke styling and unique ownership experiences.
Both SUVs receive a blacked-out exterior treatment along with two paint finishes — Obsidian Black and the newly introduced Alpine Grey, which remains exclusive to the Night Edition range. The visual package gives the SUVs a sportier and more aggressive road presence compared to the standard models.
Inside the cabin, the Night Editions feature black Nappa leather upholstery paired with Anthracite open-pore oak wood trim, elements that are not available on regular variants. Mercedes-Benz has also equipped both SUVs with a Head-Up Display as standard equipment.
The GLE Night Edition further distinguishes itself with the inclusion of AIRMATIC air suspension, enhancing ride comfort and driving dynamics. Mercedes-Benz has also confirmed that the Head-Up Display will now be offered across the wider GLE range.
GLE Night Edition
The GLE continues to be one of Mercedes-Benz India’s strongest performers in the core luxury SUV segment. With the Night Edition, the SUV adopts a more performance-oriented appearance highlighted by dark exterior detailing and the exclusive Alpine Grey colour option.
Available in both 300d 4MATIC diesel and 450 4MATIC petrol variants, the GLE Night Edition combines luxury with enhanced comfort thanks to the AIRMATIC suspension setup.
GLS Night Edition
Positioned as the brand’s flagship luxury SUV in India, the GLS Night Edition extends the same dark-themed design philosophy to a larger and more commanding format. The black styling elements, combined with premium cabin materials, further elevate the GLS’ road presence and luxury appeal.
The GLS Night Edition is available in 450 4MATIC petrol and 450d 4MATIC diesel variants.
