Entering Agra: A Milestone for Mercedes-Benz in Uttar Pradesh

With the unveiling of its first-ever luxury showroom and workshop in Agra, Mercedes-Benz officially enters one of Uttar Pradesh’s most promising markets. Operated by Prime Star, the 3S facility (Sales, Service, and Spares) is spread across 32,000 sq. ft. and is designed to provide a fully integrated and personalized luxury ownership experience. It marks the brand’s growing emphasis on Tier-II cities that are witnessing a surge in aspiration and luxury consumption.

Strategically located on NH-19, in Agra’s automobile hub, the facility offers convenient access not only to residents of Agra but also to neighboring cities like Mathura, Aligarh, Firozabad, Bareilly, Moradabad, and Etawah, further widening the brand’s accessibility.

Mercedes-Benz also unveiled a brand-new service workshop in Faridabad, operated by T&T Motors. With a sprawling footprint of 72,000 sq. ft., this is one of the largest aftersales facilities in the region and features a 147 ft-wide façade and integrated stockyard.

  • 15 productive bays and 8 supporting bays, ensuring high service efficiency.

  • Premier Express Prime Bay: Guarantees service delivery in under 3 hours.

  • Premium customer spaces include a hospitality lounge, private consultation zones, and a dedicated vehicle handover bay.

  • 180kW EV fast charging station, supporting the brand’s EV roadmap.

This modern facility is built to offer a seamless and luxurious after-sales experience, backed by highly trained technical staff and Mercedes-Benz’s rigorous service quality standards.


Expansion Momentum Continues

Mercedes-Benz will continue its expansion in Uttar Pradesh, with three additional luxury facilities planned in Kanpur and Varanasi during Q3 2025. This strategic focus highlights the region’s growing appetite for luxury automobiles and underlines the brand’s confidence in its future potential.
