Automobili Lamborghini has marked National ‘Made in Italy’ Day by reaffirming its deep-rooted connection to Italy, celebrating the craftsmanship, innovation, and manufacturing excellence that define the brand.
Headquartered in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Lamborghini continues to produce all its vehicles at its historic facility, where around 3,000 employees contribute to the brand’s globally renowned supercars. The company operates an extensive global network of 187 dealerships across 57 countries.
According to Stephan Winkelmann, Lamborghini’s Italian identity remains central to its global appeal, representing a unique blend of passion, design, and engineering excellence.
The brand’s commitment to its home market is reflected in its supply chain strategy, with 60% of investments directed towards Italian suppliers and 35% based in the Emilia-Romagna region. Italy has also emerged as one of Lamborghini’s top ten markets, recording a 27% growth in deliveries.
Beyond business, Lamborghini continues to strengthen its social and cultural ties through community initiatives in Sant’Agata Bolognese and long-standing collaborations with institutions such as the Italian State Police, supporting activities ranging from highway patrol to medical transport.
With a strong blend of heritage, innovation, and global presence, Lamborghini continues to embody the essence of ‘Made in Italy’ on the world stage.
