The revised LED headlamp, which offers increased brightness over the previous model, is one of the major improvements. Additionally, the height of the windscreen has been increased by 60mm to better protect the rider from the wind. The hand guards now have a greater size and a contrasting black element, and the switchgear has been improved to seem more upscale.

The 200cc oil-cooled engine continues to produce the same amount of power, 19.1hp and 17.35Nm of torque. But now that it is OBD-2 compliant and E20 compatible, higher emissions compliance is guaranteed. The bike has three ride modes (Road, Off-road, and Rally)

Hero has also modified the rider’s triangle by lowering the foot pegs by 35mm and relocating them 8mm farther back, providing the rider with more room and comfort. Additionally, USB charger has been relocated to a more convenient position.

The rally kit is a standard feature of the Pro variant, originally known as the Rally edition. This incorporates handlebar risers, a bench-style seat, and long-travel suspension with increased adjustability, which improve off-road performance and the riding position.

Overall, the redesigned Hero Xpulse 200 4V caters to off-road riders and adventure fans, improving the riding experience with better features, improved ergonomics, and more customization possibilities.
