Steelbird Helmets has introduced the new Steelbird SB-120, a next-generation helmet designed to combine advanced safety standards with premium styling at an accessible price point.
The SB-120 is certified under ECE R22.06, ISI (IS 4151:2015), and DOT (FMVSS 218), making it compliant with some of the most stringent global safety norms.
Design and Build
The helmet features a carbon-pattern design with a reinforced outer shell constructed using advanced polymer and fiberglass materials for improved impact resistance. Its aerodynamic profile, along with an integrated rear spoiler, helps reduce drag and rider fatigue.
Safety and Visibility
Equipped with a Pinlock® 30 anti-fog visor, the SB-120 ensures clear visibility in varying weather conditions. Reflective interior elements further enhance rider visibility in low-light scenarios, while a quick-release cheek pad system allows easier removal during emergencies.
The helmet is also available with both Double D-Ring and micrometric buckle retention systems, catering to different rider preferences.
Comfort and Features
Designed for everyday usability, the SB-120 offers breathable interiors, efficient ventilation, and removable, washable cheek pads for long-ride comfort. A tinted inner sun visor adds convenience during bright riding conditions.
Weighing approximately 1500 grams, the helmet is available in multiple sizes and finishes, including glossy, matte, decals, and carbon fibre options.
Price and Availability
The Steelbird SB-120 is priced at ₹3,999 for mono-colour variants and ₹4,499 for decal versions, offering a strong value proposition in the premium helmet segment.
