New Holland, a brand of CNH, has strengthened its agricultural equipment lineup in India with the launch of its new HD and XHD Series Rotary Tillers (Rotavators). Manufactured at the company’s globally benchmarked Pune facility, the new range has been developed to meet the evolving mechanisation needs of Indian farmers while delivering performance aligned with international standards.
The new rotavator range was unveiled at New Holland’s Greater Noida facility in the presence of Narinder Mittal, President and Managing Director of CNH India, along with senior company leadership.
Designed for diverse agricultural conditions across the country, the HD and XHD Series Rotavators feature a heavy-duty construction, robust components, and precision engineering aimed at improving soil preparation, operational efficiency, and overall farm productivity.
Speaking on the occasion, Tarun Khanna, Director Marketing (Agriculture), New Holland India, highlighted the growing role of farm mechanisation in enhancing agricultural productivity and efficiency. He noted that the new implementation range reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering durable and technologically advanced solutions tailored to the requirements of Indian farmers.

Engineered for Demanding Field Conditions
The new HD and XHD Series rotavators are equipped with several advanced features designed to deliver measurable benefits in the field.
A high swing diameter enables deeper tillage operations, helping improve soil conditioning and seed-to-soil contact for better crop establishment. The heavy-duty multi-speed gearbox allows operators to adapt the implement to varying soil conditions and farming operations, improving efficiency while optimising fuel consumption.
To enhance durability and reliability, the rotavators feature Metal Twin-Faced (MTF) seals that provide superior protection against water ingress in the rotor hub. Additionally, DTM paint technology has been employed to improve corrosion resistance, ensuring longer service life even under demanding working conditions.

Strengthening New Holland’s Implement Portfolio
The launch forms part of New Holland’s broader strategy to expand its farm mechanisation solutions in India and support the adoption of modern farming practices. The company plans to introduce the new HD and XHD Series Rotavators through dealer-level launches across key agricultural markets, enabling closer engagement with customers and channel partners.
With the addition of the new rotavator range, New Holland further strengthens its position as a comprehensive farm mechanisation solutions provider, offering a wider portfolio of technologically advanced implements designed to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability for Indian farmers.
