The Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL) Season 2 kicked off in spectacular style as Round 1 concluded at Pune’s Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Balewadi. In front of a roaring home crowd, BB Racing stole the spotlight, emerging as the overall team winner of the night.

As the world’s first franchise-based Supercross league, ISRL once again delivered high-octane action with a packed stadium witnessing intense racing battles between global and Indian riders under the floodlights.

In the 450cc International Class, Matt Moss from Australia, riding for BigRock Motorsports on the Kawasaki, conquered the challenging Pune track to take a commanding victory. The 250cc International Class saw Hunter Schlosser (USA) of BB Racing dominate aboard the Honda, thrilling fans with his pace and precision. Meanwhile, Ben Hallgren (Thailand) of Gujarat Trailblazers showcased an exceptional ride to clinch top honors in the 250cc India-Asia Mix category on the KTM.

The grid was stacked with global stars and India’s rising Supercross talents, featuring riders from Australia, France, the USA, South Africa, and Thailand, alongside homegrown champions like Rugved Barguje, Ikshan Shanbhag, and Prajwal Vishwanath. With 36 international athletes from 21 countries, ISRL has cemented India’s position as a new hub for international Supercross competition.

Fans at the venue were also treated to the Reise Moto Fan Park, which turned the event into a full-blown motorsport carnival with gaming zones, food stalls, live music, and exclusive merchandise. The electric atmosphere and sold-out stands marked another milestone in India’s growing motorsport culture.

Eeshan Lokhande, Co-founder, ISRL, said:

“Seeing top international riders compete alongside Indian talent on home soil is a defining moment for us. India is no longer just a spectator in global motorsport—it’s emerging as a serious competitor. Our goal is to nurture young riders and put India firmly on the global Supercross map.”

Veer Patel, Co-founder & Managing Director, ISRL, added:

“The overwhelming response in Pune reaffirms India’s love for racing. The competition level, fan energy, and scale of this event show that motorsport here is evolving rapidly. This is more than just racing—it’s the beginning of a new sporting movement blending entertainment, innovation, and community.”

Round 1 of ISRL Season 2 has set the stage for an exhilarating championship ahead — where global talent meets Indian passion, and the dirt flies high under the lights.
