Jaguar Type 00 Makes a Stunning Paris Debut at Fashion Week
The Jaguar Type 00 was spotted on the streets of Paris for the first time since its launch, turning heads as A-list celebrities arrived in style at Paris Fashion Week. The striking concept car made a dramatic statement, capturing the attention of onlookers and social media alike.
On Sunday, Barry Keoghan, the Irish actor from Saltburn, arrived at The Peninsula, Paris, fresh from the Valentino show. He was seen retrieving his luggage before making his way through the crowd.
The following day, Jamie Dornan, actor, model, and musician, pulled up at the Hôtel Plaza Athénée in the Type 00, greeting fans before heading inside to prepare for the Loewe show.
For its grand finale at Paris Fashion Week, Oscar-winning actress Zoë Saldaña (Avatar, Avengers: Endgame) was chauffeured by her husband, Marco Perego-Saldaña, before making a stylish entrance in YSL.
The Type 00 became a social media sensation, with spectators capturing its elegant presence on video. Any doubts about whether the car was real were quickly dismissed as it cruised through the streets in unforgettable arrival moments.
Type 00 in French Ultramarine
First unveiled at Miami Art Week 2024, the Type 00 embodies Jaguar’s commitment to originality, inspired by its “Copy Nothing” ethos. The car’s French Ultramarine paint—a nod to France’s artistic heritage since the Renaissance—was specially developed by Jaguar’s materiality team. Featuring a unique pigment with metallic content, the satin-like finish enhances the car’s fearless design.
Jaguar’s New Luxury Presence in Paris
Jaguar is set to open a new brand store in Paris’ Golden Triangle, the heart of the city’s luxury fashion district in the 8th arrondissement. Managing Director Rawdon Glover shared that these exclusive brand stores will provide personalized experiences for clients, blending local culture with Jaguar’s refined aesthetic.
Complemented by a global network of luxury retailers, these spaces will reinforce Jaguar’s redefined identity, aligning with the art and fashion capitals of the world.
