ŠkodaAuto India has unveiled the new Slavia, adding fresh styling, upgraded technology and enhanced comfort to its popular premium sedan. The updated model continues to be based on the India-specific MQB-A0-IN platform and retains its focus on European design, driving dynamics and safety.
The new Slavia gets LED headlamps and taillamps with sequential indicators, revised bumpers, a new grille treatment and fresh alloy wheel designs. For the first time, the Monte Carlo variant will be available from launch, with two new exterior colours—Arctic Silver and Cappuccino Beige. Pre-bookings are now open for ₹15,000.
Under the skin, the Slavia continues with its TSI petrol engines but gains a new 8-speed torque-converter automatic with the 1.0 TSI engine. The 1.5 TSI continues with a 7-speed DSG, while rear disc brakes are now offered on 1.5 TSI variants.

Feature upgrades include a segment-first rear-seat massage function, 360-degree Area View camera, Park Pilot and a larger 10.25-inch digital cockpit. The infotainment system also gets an AI-powered voice assistant using Google Cloud technology, with Gemini integration and support for Indian English accents.
Safety remains a key strength, with the new Slavia retaining its 5-star Global NCAP rating and offering more than 25 safety features, including six airbags as standard. Higher variants get over 40 safety features.
Alongside the Slavia, Škoda showcased the Octavia RS and Superb TDI, strengthening its sedan portfolio in India. The Octavia RS gets a 2.0 TSI engine producing 265 PS, while the Superb marks the return of the diesel powertrain to the flagship sedan.
