Maruti Suzuki has commenced bookings for the Invicto MPV, with customers able to book it online or through Nexa dealerships by paying a booking amount of Rs 25,000. The Invicto is essentially a rebadged version of the Toyota Innova Hycross and is expected to be Maruti Suzukis first model priced above Rs 20 lakh in India.

The Maruti Suzuki Invicto shares its platform with the Toyota Innova Hycross. It will be the first Maruti Suzuki vehicle to be exclusively offered with an automatic transmission. The car will be sold through Maruti Suzuki’s premium Nexa dealerships.

In terms of exterior design, the Invicto will feature a unique grille with two chrome slats, redesigned bumpers, new headlight and tail-light inserts, and distinctive alloy wheels. Inside the cabin, there will be minor upholstery tweaks and changes to the features list to maintain affordability.

Currently, the Invicto is available for booking in the top-spec Alpha+ variant, offering a 2.0-liter strong-hybrid powertrain paired with an e-CVT transmission. It will not offer the 2.0-liter petrol engine available in the base Innova Hycross variants.
