Kia Reveals PV5 Passenger and Cargo Models with Bold, Modular Design
Kia has unveiled the exterior design of its PV5 Passenger and Cargo models, marking the debut of its first dedicated Platform Beyond Vehicle (PBV). The PV5, previewed at CES 2024, is designed for versatility, offering multiple configurations to meet diverse customer needs.
The PV5 Passenger model features a contemporary geometric profile, large windows for enhanced visibility, and robust black claddings, reflecting Kia’s SUV-inspired ruggedness. Its sleek signature lighting and modern rear design emphasize durability and functionality.
The PV5 Cargo model, while sharing the same bold aesthetics, adopts a boxier profile for maximum space efficiency. Twin side-opening tailgate doors ensure easy loading and unloading, enhancing practicality for commercial use.
Kia will reveal further details about its PBV strategy and additional PV5 variants at the 2025 Kia EV Day.
