The upcoming 2021 Jeep Compass facelift has finally been spied testing in India. There have been a few pics circulating on the internet, showing spy pics of the Compass being tested internationally. However, we have spied the Jeep Compass being tested in India, near the Ranjangaon plant, in Pune. This tells us that FCA is gearing up for the launch of Jeep Compass facelift in early 2021.

The Jeep Compass was launched in 2017 and has been getting periodic upgrades since then. Last year the company also introduced the TrailHawk version which is a hard core off-roader. After having a successful run in the market, the sales of the Compass have slowed down, thanks to the growing competition in segments within and around it.
The facelift shall help Jeep to gain back customers, by offering something more desirable.

Now, the Jeep Compass 2021 facelift will feature a new front look. This shall include a new grill with more slats. There will also be a new headlamp setup, which is likely to be LED. This was a missing feature, especially in the segment where the Compass operates.
Apart from that, The Compass shall also get redesigned front and rear bumpers, adding a more muscular look. The alloy wheels are the same as the ones offered in the Limited Plus variant. These are 18-inch alloy wheels. The bonnet design shall also be the same.

On the inside there will be changes to the infotainment system, which will house a larger touchscreen, better quality reverse camera and some more added features. The multi-information system will also be redesigned.
There shall be no change in the engines. The 2021 Jeep Compass will be offered with same 1.4-litre turbo petrol and 2.0-litre diesel engines. The transmissions will also not change. There shall be a couple of new colours offered.
