Hero Xpulse 200

Hero MotoCorp will be launching its first adventure motorcycle – XPulse 200. The bike was first unveiled in EICMA last year and a revised prototype was displayed at the Auto Expo 2018. Hero is gearing up to launch the Xpulse 200, early next year. This bike will get a long travel suspension, on/off-road tyres, Wide handlebar and a windshield. The engine is derived from the Xtreme 200R but will be tweaked a bit for better low-end torque.

2. KTM 390 Adventure

The much awaited KTM 390 Adventure shall finally arrive in 2019. This new motorcycle will be based on the Duke 390, however, it will have a different styling. A new new of suspension, tyres, spoked wheels, wide handlebar and headlamp cluster will be seen on it. The performance will be similar to the Duke 390, but this bike will have better low-end torque. It will directly compete with the BMW G310GS and also the Royal Enfield Himalayan to an extent.

3. Suzuki Gixxer 250

After tasting good success with the Gixxer 155, Suzuki shall be launching the Gixxer 250. This is an all-new bike, specially being developed for India. The Gixxer 250 will have a single cylinder engine and will target the Yamaha FZ25 and Fazer 25. It will be available as a naked and with a fairing. Suzuki aims to make it sportier as compared to the FZ. Expect it to have great ride dynamics and a refined engine. it will be a perfect option for those looking to upgrade from the Gixxer 155.

4. Husqvarna Vitpilen 401

Swedish maker Husqvarna will be entering the Indian market with the Vitpilen 401. Husqvarna is owned by KTM and will be launched by Bajaj-KTM in India. The Vitpilen (White Arrow) 401 is a modern cafe racer and gets minimalistic kind of styling. The bare bike looks more of a concept bike and is a very radical design. It will be based on the Duke 390, as it will share the Duke’s chassis and engine. However, it will differ in style. It will be rich in features like ABS, ride by wire, slipper clutch and a fully digital instrument pod.

5. Husqvarna Svartpilen 401

Husqvarna will also be launching the Svartpilen 401. The Svartpilen (Black Arrow) is a scrambler styled motorcycle. Though the underpinnings, basic design, engine and features remain the same of the Vitpilen 401, they both differ in styling. The Svartpilen will get on/offroad tyres and a tall and wide handlebar, due to which one will sit erect on it. It shall appeal to those looking for a scrambler, at an affordable price. The feature list will make it attractive too.
