
Ducati made a historic entry into Indian motocross with the first-ever India unveiling of the Desmo450 MX at the Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL) Season 2 finale in Calicut. Revealed during the championship-deciding race, the Desmo450 MX marked Ducati’s official foray into motocross in India.
The Desmo450 MX is the only bike in its segment powered by a Desmodromic engine, paired with a lightweight aluminium frame and advanced electronics, making it both fast and easy to ride for professionals and amateurs alike. Built with Ducati’s race-to-road philosophy, the bike also features a world-first traction control system capable of precisely measuring rear-wheel slip.

Ducati has confirmed that the Desmo450 MX will be launched in India in Q1 2026, underlining the brand’s growing commitment to Indian motorsports.
