CEAT Tyres has taken a bold step towards greener mobility with the launch of the SecuraDrive CIRCL, India’s first road-ready passenger car tyre made with up to 90% sustainable materials. The breakthrough innovation positions CEAT at the forefront of eco-smart mobility while maintaining its focus on safety, durability, and performance.

Crafted at CEAT’s state-of-the-art R&D facility in Halol, the SecuraDrive CIRCL will be available in two variants – one with 50% bio-based content and the other with 90% bio-based content. This makes it the highest sustainable content passenger car tyre to be fully road-tested and commercially launched in India.

Targeted at urban consumers aged 25–45 years from Tier 1 cities, the SecuraDrive CIRCL caters to a new generation of buyers who view sustainability as both a responsibility and a lifestyle choice.

The SecuraDrive CIRCL is not just another eco-labelled product; it introduces three patented global-first innovations that redefine tyre sustainability:

  • Unified Biopolymer Inner Liner – simplifies material use, reduces emissions, and sets a benchmark in sustainable design.

  • Glycerol-Based Accelerator – a bio-based alternative to petroleum-derived chemicals.

  • Anti-Static Silica Conductive Solution – eliminates the need for carbon black while retaining electrical conductivity and passenger safety.

Availability & Pricing

The CEAT SecuraDrive CIRCL will be available across premium CEAT retail outlets and authorised dealerships starting September 2025. Prices are set at ₹12,999 for the 90% sustainable variant and ₹8,999 for the 50% sustainable variant.
