CNH, a global leader in agricultural and construction equipment, has reaffirmed India’s pivotal role in its worldwide growth vision, underscoring the country’s importance in manufacturing, R&D, and market expansion.
Highlighting this commitment, CNH previewed its first Made-in-India Compact Tractor from its Greater Noida facility—a milestone in its “Make in India, Make for the World” approach. Currently, CNH exports products manufactured in India to over 80 countries, reinforcing the nation’s capabilities as both a domestic growth driver and a global supply hub.

“India is no longer merely a market; it is a cornerstone of our global growth architecture,” said Gerrit Marx, CEO of CNH. “From manufacturing world-class products like our compact tractor to serving as a leading R&D and supply chain hub, India embodies our future trajectory.”
Narinder Mittal, President & Managing Director, India, added, “Our investments align with the Government’s ‘Make in India’ vision, creating jobs, driving mechanization, and delivering solutions that empower farmers and strengthen India’s economic growth.”

At the heart of CNH’s innovation pipeline is its India Technology Centre in Gurugram, set to become the company’s largest global tech facility. With over 700 engineers, the Centre is equipped with simulators, VR/AR labs, and advanced prototyping tools, shaping next-gen products for global markets.
Looking ahead, CNH aims to double its tractor market share in India under the New Holland brand within the next five years, with a sharper focus on localized 30–50 HP tractors tailored to Indian farmers.

With state-of-the-art manufacturing in Greater Noida, Pune, and Pithampur, and a strong dealer network, CNH produces tractors, harvesters, balers, rakes, engines, compactors, loader backhoes, and excavators. The company is positioning India as both a growth market and an innovation hub, reinforcing its role in advancing agriculture and construction worldwide.
