VinFast Joins Hands with myTVS to Build Strong After-Sales Service Backbone in India. 120 Extended Workshops to Strengthen EV Customer Support Nationwide

In a major move to bolster its presence in India’s electric vehicle (EV) market, VinFast Auto India, the local arm of Vietnamese EV giant VinFast, has inked a strategic after-sales service partnership with myTVS, one of India’s largest multi-brand automotive service networks.

As part of this collaboration, VinFast will work with myTVS to roll out 120 Extended Service Workshops (ESWs) across the country. These workshops will complement VinFast’s upcoming exclusive dealership and service network, offering EV owners reliable, accessible, and professional after-sales support.

The move is aimed at creating a nationwide network of service points equipped with genuine parts, modern diagnostic tools, and trained technicians, ensuring peace of mind for VinFast customers.
