Ultraviolette made a strong impression at EICMA 2025 in Milan, unveiling its complete global product range and announcing a pioneering partnership with Cardo Systems. The collaboration marks the brand’s entry into connected riding solutions with the launch of the UV Crossfade, a carbon-fibre smart helmet designed for real-time connectivity with Ultraviolette motorcycles.

Part of Ultraviolette’s Connected Rider Ecosystem (Phase 1), the UV Crossfade introduces the world’s first helmet-based motorcycle integration. It enables rider-to-rider and rider-to-vehicle communication, debuting with the F77 MACH 2, F77 SuperStreet, and X-47 Crossover, before expanding across the lineup.

Powered by Cardo’s mesh network and Ultraviolette’s advanced systems, the helmet allows seamless communication and intelligent alert management through its Dynamic Alert Sequencing (D.A.S.) technology, which prioritizes notifications for enhanced rider safety.

Built with a carbon-fibre outer shell and fibreglass inner layers, the UV Crossfade weighs around 1380 grams and complies with DoT, ISI, and ECE 22.06 safety standards.

Speaking at the launch, Narayan Subramaniam, Co-founder & CEO of Ultraviolette, said, “The UV Crossfade represents a new era in connected mobility — integrating technology and design to enhance safety, awareness, and the overall ride experience.”

Shachar Harari, VP of Business Development at Cardo Systems, added, “Our partnership with Ultraviolette enables next-level connectivity, allowing direct motorcycle-to-helmet communication with features like Blind Spot Detection and Status Alerts.”

Priced at INR 19,900, the UV Crossfade is available now at airspace.ultraviolette.com.
