Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Ltd., a leader in sustainable mobility, has unveiled the E-Luna Prime, an all-new electric two-wheeler engineered to disrupt India’s commuter motorcycle space.
Carrying forward the legacy of the iconic E-Luna, the new Prime model has been purpose-built to offer an affordable, practical, and aspirational alternative to traditional 100cc–110cc ICE motorcycles. With rugged 16-inch alloy wheels, a digital instrument cluster, LED headlamps, and modern styling, the E-Luna Prime promises a balance of utility, durability, and comfort for both urban and rural riders.
Priced at ₹82,490 (ex-showroom), the E-Luna Prime will be available in two range options – 110 km and 140 km – and six vibrant colour choices. Deliveries will commence through Kinetic Green’s nationwide network of over 300 dealerships.

One of its strongest selling points is affordability. With an estimated total cost of ownership of just ₹2,500 per month, including EMIs and running costs, the E-Luna Prime significantly undercuts petrol commuter bikes, which average around ₹7,500 per month. Operating costs are as low as 10 paise per kilometre, allowing customers to save up to ₹60,000 annually compared to ICE motorcycles.
The model also doubles as a multi-utility EV, featuring a spacious front-loading area to carry goods, making it an attractive option not only for daily commuters but also for small businesses and rural users.
Speaking at the launch, Dr. Sulajja Firodia Motwani, Founder & CEO, Kinetic Green, said:
“The E-Luna Prime embodies our vision of delivering advanced yet affordable electric mobility for India’s growing commuter segment. With unmatched running costs, modern features, and everyday practicality, it is designed to democratize sustainable transportation for millions of Indians.”
With the E-Luna Prime, Kinetic Green aims to accelerate EV adoption in the commuter space while expanding its already strong presence in last-mile mobility. Deliveries are set to begin shortly across India.
