Indian Innovation on the World Stage: Ultraviolette’s F77 MACH 2 Export to Europe Flagged Off by Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy

In a landmark achievement for India’s electric vehicle industry, Ultraviolette Automotive has dispatched the first batch of its Made-in-India F77 MACH 2 high-performance electric motorcycles to the European Union (EU), marking a pivotal moment in its global expansion journey.

The flag-off ceremony was officiated by Hon’ble Shri H.D. Kumaraswamy, Union Minister of Heavy Industries, Government of India, and Hon’ble Shri M.B. Patil, Minister of Industries and Commerce, Government of Karnataka, at Ultraviolette’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bengaluru.

Union Minister Shri H.D. Kumaraswamy praised Ultraviolette’s accomplishments, saying, “Ultraviolette’s entry into the European market is a defining moment for India’s automotive sector, showcasing the country’s ability to compete on the global stage. This is a testament to Indian startups driving innovation in critical areas like electric mobility. The export of these motorcycles aligns with the government’s vision of positioning India as a global hub for EV manufacturing.”

Shri M.B. Patil underscored Karnataka’s leadership in EV development, stating, “Bengaluru is leading India’s electric vehicle revolution, and Ultraviolette is often seen as the Tesla of India. Their success highlights our robust ecosystem for innovation. This export marks a new chapter in our state’s journey toward sustainability and technological leadership.”
