Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, India’s leading player in sustainable mobility, has initiated deliveries of its cutting-edge Prima E.55S battery-electric prime movers to Enviiiro Wheels Mobility, a key logistics provider for the power, mining, cement, and steel industries. The first batch of these heavy-duty, zero-emission trucks was officially handed over in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, marking a significant milestone in the electrification of India’s freight sector.
The Prima E.55S fleet will be deployed for mineral and ore transportation, enabling Enviiiro Wheels Mobility to take a major step toward decarbonizing its operations.

Powered by a fully electric drivetrain with an integrated e-axle and regenerative braking system, the Tata Prima E.55S offers a range of up to 350 km on a single charge. It features a 3-speed Auto Shift transmission, dual-gun fast charging for minimal downtime, and an array of advanced safety technologies, including Driver Monitoring System, Lane Departure Warning, Tyre Pressure Monitoring, and Cruise Control. An Electronic Braking System and optional ADAS suite further enhance safety and control.
Designed for comfort and productivity, the premium Prima cabin features a pneumatically suspended driver seat and a tilt-and-telescopic steering wheel, ensuring reduced fatigue during long hauls.
