Mahindra Delivers 3,000 Electric Origin SUVs Nationwide
Mahindra has successfully delivered over 3,000 units of its all-electric Origin SUV lineup—XEV 9e and BE 6—across India since deliveries began on March 20, 2025.
Customer response has been exceptional, with strong bookings and 59% opting for the XEV 9e, while 41% chose the BE 6. Most customers are selecting the fully loaded Pack Three variant. Due to high demand, waiting periods now stretch up to six months in select regions, with Mahindra ramping up deliveries to meet customer expectations.
To enhance the ownership experience, Mahindra introduced a user-friendly ‘Default’ drive mode, offering a familiar driving feel for first-time EV users. Each delivery includes a curated set of video guides, covering EV best practices, efficient charging, range optimization, and connected tech features—helping owners get the most from their EV from day one.
This milestone highlights growing consumer confidence in Mahindra’s vision for sustainable, intelligent mobility.
