Renault India, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Renault Group, recorded strong wholesale sales of 4,672 units in October 2025, marking an impressive 21% year-on-year growth over the 3,861 units sold in October 2024.

The surge in sales was powered by the successful launch of the new-generation Triber and Kiger, along with the positive impact of GST 2.0 reforms. Notably, Renault’s growth outpaced the industry average of 17.3%, underscoring its renewed market momentum.

On a month-on-month basis, the automaker achieved a 9.54% increase from September 2025’s 4,265 units. The festive season also brought a significant boost in customer footfall and retail sales, with VAHAN data reporting 5,041 units registered, reflecting a 12.7% year-on-year growth.

Commenting on the strong performance, Francisco Hidalgo, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Renault India, said,

“October recorded a notable upswing in sales, driven by overwhelming customer response to the newly launched Triber and Kiger. The models have captured strong interest across urban and rural markets alike, reflecting renewed consumer confidence and vibrant demand during the festive season. We are confident this encouraging momentum will continue in the months ahead.”

With its refreshed lineup and strategic focus on customer satisfaction, Renault India continues to strengthen its position in the compact vehicle segment as it heads into the final quarter of 2025.
