Nissan Motor India has launched the all-new Nissan GRAVITE, a bold 7-seater MPV, at an introductory price of ₹5.65 lakh (ex-showroom). Positioned as the start of the brand’s renewed product offensive in India, the GRAVITE is locally manufactured at the Chennai alliance facility.
Designed and developed for Indian families, the GRAVITE blends space, versatility and everyday practicality with a commanding road presence. It features Nissan’s signature C-shaped lighting elements, all-round LED treatment, a piano black grille, roof rails and wide-opening doors.
Inside, the modular cabin offers flexible 2- to 7-seat configurations, with removable third-row seats expanding boot space up to 625 litres (5-seater). Premium quilted upholstery, 3-row AC vents with tropicalised cooling, multiple cooled storage spaces and generous cabin room enhance family comfort.
Tech highlights include an 8-inch floating touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital cluster, wireless charger, walk-away lock/approach unlock and front & rear parking sensors.
Safety is comprehensive with over 30 standard features, including 6 airbags, ESC, TCS, Hill-Start Assist, ABS with EBD and seatbelt reminders for all occupants.
Powering the GRAVITE is a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 72PS and 96Nm, paired with a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT. Claimed fuel efficiency stands at 19.6 km/l (AMT) and 19.3 km/l (MT).
A limited-period Launch Edition adds JBL speakers, dual dash cam, air purifier, ambient lighting and cosmetic enhancements.
