The exterior changes are substantial, with a redesigned front grille, headlamp, and bumper assembly, giving the car a more upright and boxy appearance. A full-width LED light band and rectangular, vertically positioned LED headlamp clusters contribute to the updated front-end design. The rear showcases a new tailgate, full-width LED tail-lamps resembling the front design, and a revised number plate housing. While side profile images are not available, minimal changes are expected, aside from new alloy wheels.

The interior updates are even more extensive, featuring a new dashboard design with twin 10.25-inch connected screens, reminiscent of the Kia Seltos. The center console includes redesigned central AC vents, a band of physical buttons, and a touch panel for HVAC controls. Notable additions in terms of features include an ADAS suite, 360-degree camera, and dual-zone climate control. Engine options include the existing 115hp, 1.5-liter petrol and diesel engines, and the return of the 160hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine. The Creta facelift will be available in seven trim levels, six mono-tone color options, and one dual-tone color option.
