Kia India has commenced production of the all-new Kia Seltos at its Anantapur manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh, marking a major milestone ahead of its price announcement scheduled for January 2, 2026.
Positioned as a bigger, bolder, and more progressive evolution of the brand’s bestselling mid-SUV, the new-generation Seltos has been developed to meet the changing expectations of Indian customers. It now measures a segment-leading 4,460 mm in length and 1,830 mm in width, offering enhanced road presence, improved cabin space, and better driving stability.

The all-new Seltos adopts Kia’s ‘Opposites United’ design philosophy, highlighted by the new Digital Tiger Face, Ice Cube LED projection headlamps, automatic streamline door handles, and sporty alloy wheels. Inside, it features a 30-inch Trinity Panoramic Display paired with a premium Bose 8-speaker audio system, delivering a next-generation digital experience.
Built on Kia’s India-first global K3 platform, the SUV benefits from improved structural rigidity, refined ride comfort, reduced NVH levels, and enhanced handling. Safety has been enhanced with a 24-standard safety pack and ADAS Level 2, featuring 21 autonomous driving functions.
Powertrain options include the 1.5-litre petrol, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol, and 1.5-litre diesel engines, paired with multiple transmission choices, including manual, iMT, IVT, DCT, and automatic gearboxes. The range spans multiple trims and optional packages, including the X-Line styling pack.
With production underway at its Anantapur plant—Kia’s first manufacturing facility in India—the all-new Seltos is set to build on its strong legacy and reinforce Kia’s leadership in the highly competitive mid-SUV segment.
