
Steelbird Hi-Tech India Limited, the world’s biggest helmet manufacturer, is aiming to produce over 1 crore helmets and achieve ₹1000 crore in revenue in FY 2025-26. The company has already crossed 47.3 Lakh helmets in production by the second quarter, highlighting its dominant position in domestic and international markets.
Steelbird’s state-of-the-art facilities in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, feature advanced automation, robotic visor systems, and integrated production lines, enabling consistent quality, innovation, and rider safety.

The company plans to launch 15 new helmets this fiscal year, featuring Bluetooth connectivity, advanced ventilation, lightweight composites, and enhanced comfort, aligning with global safety standards.
Steelbird is also expanding its Steelbird Rider Shop network, opening over 300 outlets in India this year, with a target of 1,000 stores, to provide a premium retail experience and a comprehensive range of helmets and riding accessories.
