Salman Khan Unveils ISRL Season 2, Joins as Investor to Take Supercross Mainstream in India

Superstar Salman Khan today officially launched Season 2 of the Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL), strengthening his role from brand ambassador to investor. With this move, Khan brings not only star power but also strategic backing to the fast-growing league, aiming to transform Supercross from a niche motorsport into a pan-India cultural and entertainment movement.

ISRL’s second season builds on the momentum of its explosive debut with a bold vision—expanding its 30 million-strong fanbase, introducing immersive fan parks, and investing in grassroots motorsport infrastructure. The newly announced ISRL Proving Grounds, a 7-acre state-of-the-art facility near Pune, will nurture young talent year-round with tracks for kids, amateurs, supercross, ATVs, trail riding, electric bikes, and more.

“I’ve always been passionate about motorcycles and off-roading. ISRL is building something world-class, rooted in India,” said Salman Khan. “It’s not just about racing; it’s about inspiring a generation, creating a lifestyle, and promoting safety. The Proving Grounds will give our youth the tools and opportunities to dream big.”

With 155 international athlete registrations this season and growing franchise interest, ISRL is quickly becoming a premier destination for OEMs and consumer brands to engage audiences through a high-octane, lifestyle-oriented platform. The league’s ISRL Fan Parks will deliver family-friendly experiences, blending motorsport with music, food, and brand activations, setting the stage for a unique entertainment ecosystem.

Veer Patel, Managing Director, ISRL: “Salman’s belief in our mission as an investor marks a major turning point. His involvement amplifies ISRL’s cultural relevance and credibility, reinforcing our identity as India’s most scalable and exciting motorsport league.”
