Hero MotoCorp Leads the Pack in FY’25, Maintains No.1 Spot in Retail & Wholesale

Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer, wrapped up FY 2024-25 with strong performance, continuing its dominance in both retail and wholesale markets.

Retail Leadership:
As per FADA, Hero MotoCorp maintained its top position for the 24th consecutive year with 54.45 lakh retail sales in FY’25. March 2025 alone saw 4.36 lakh units retailed. On the EV front, VIDA V2 retail sales surged 174% YoY to 48,674 units, with March 2025 alone accounting for 7,982 units—a 95% jump over March 2024.

Wholesale Milestones:
Hero clocked 5.9 million wholesale units in FY’25, with 549,604 units dispatched in March, registering 12% YoY growth. In global markets, exports touched 287,429 units, up 43% YoY.

EV Momentum:
Hero achieved its highest-ever EV sales, dispatching over 58,000 electric scooters, marking ~200% growth from the previous fiscal.

New Launches:
The company expanded its ICE and EV lineup with the Xtreme 250R, Xpulse 210, Destini 125, Xoom 125/160, and VIDA V2 range, reinforcing its position in both commuter and premium segments.

Hero MotoCorp Launched the New Destini 125 at Introductory Price of Rs 80,450.
