Steelbird Hi-Tech Hits 8.7 Million Helmet Sales in FY 2024-25, Targets 10 Million in FY 2025-26

Steelbird Hi-Tech India Limited, the world’s largest helmet manufacturer, recorded impressive growth in FY 2024-25, achieving 8.7 million helmet sales—a 10.07% increase from the previous year. The company generated Rs 787 crore in revenue and is now aiming to surpass 10 million units by FY 2025-26.

Steelbird’s continued success is driven by innovation, manufacturing excellence, and an expanding retail presence. The company has invested in its Baddi-based facility, with new automated systems and plans for a greenfield plant in Hosur, Tamil Nadu to meet growing demand.

Rajeev Kapur, Managing Director, highlighted that Steelbird’s growth is not only about sales, but also about addressing road safety, with over 300,000 fatalities annually in India. Steelbird is committed to providing affordable, high-quality helmets to every rider.

The company also expanded its product line with Bluetooth helmets, advanced ventilation systems, and lightweight composites, along with accessories like gloves and goggles. With 200+ exclusive Rider Shops across India, Steelbird aims to cross 1,000 outlets soon.

Looking ahead, Steelbird projects Rs 900 crore revenue in FY 2025-26, with plans to reach 15 million helmets annually and Rs 1,300 crore in turnover by FY 2026-27.
