Renault India has inaugurated its first-ever Global ‘R Store’ concept outlet in Delhi NCR, with a new facility in Ghaziabad. This marks the French automaker’s latest step in its “renault. rethink.” transformation strategy, aimed at redefining customer experience at the grassroots level.

The new 3S (Sales, Service, Spares) facility spans across 17,019 sq. ft. and has been strategically located to cater not only to Ghaziabad but also neighboring regions. The expansive outlet integrates sales, after-sales service, spare parts, and branded merchandise, ensuring customers a seamless end-to-end buying and ownership journey.

The Ghaziabad ‘R Store’ was inaugurated by Stéphane Deblaise, the newly appointed CEO of Renault Group India, in the presence of company leadership.

The Ghaziabad outlet debuts Renault’s New Visual Identity (NVI) in India, featuring a sleek black façade, refreshed logo, and modern showroom design in line with global standards. The new layout has been created to provide customers an immersive experience, with ample space to explore vehicles and a more engaging, futuristic retail environment.

With this launch, Renault India reaffirms its long-term commitment to the Indian market by establishing a future-ready retail network that combines style, comfort, and accessibility. The company plans to expand the ‘R Store’ concept across India, offering world-class automotive retail experiences to a growing customer base.
