PPS Motors Expands in Pune with Two New Mahindra Dealerships at Katraj and Saswad
PPS Motors, Mahindra’s biggest retail partner in India, is shifting gears in Maharashtra. The dealership giant has just rolled out two new Mahindra showrooms—one in Katraj and another in Saswad—further boosting its growing footprint in Pune and reinforcing its ambitious expansion drive across the state.
The Katraj facility, strategically located along the busy NH-4 corridor, spans 6,500 sq. ft. and showcases Mahindra’s full lineup, from ICE to EVs. The space isn’t just about cars—it’s built to deliver a premium, tech-forward experience. Think immersive lighting, modern design elements, and the latest from Mahindra’s innovation stable, including the INGLO platform and MAIA tech.
This marks PPS Motors’ 8th Mahindra outlet in Pune, with more coming soon. The group plans to add three more showrooms and two workshops in the city, aiming to hit 13 touchpoints and ramp up annual sales to 4,500–5,000 vehicles, translating to a revenue goal of ₹800–1,000 crore over the next year.
In just under 12 months since entering the Pune market, PPS Motors has already sold over 2,500 Mahindra vehicles. That’s impressive momentum for a group that’s now operating 137 Mahindra touchpoints across six states—Maharashtra, AP, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, and TN.
Speaking at the launch, Rajiv Sanghvi, MD, PPS Motors, said: “Our journey with Mahindra spans nearly seven decades, and we’re proud to deepen this partnership with our latest Pune facilities. It’s all about understanding what today’s customer wants and delivering a world-class experience around it.”
The Maharashtra auto scene is buzzing too. The state clocked a 3.93% rise in car sales in 2024, with around 4.5 lakh units sold, and continues to lead the EV wave, topping charts for electric SUV and car registrations in early 2025.
With its aggressive expansion and strong customer-first ethos, PPS Motors is putting itself in the driver’s seat when it comes to shaping Mahindra’s retail experience in western India.
