Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today virtually inaugurated Mahindra Tractors’ Skill Development Centre in Gadchiroli, Maharashtra, from Mumbai. The centre aims to empower rural youth with industry-relevant skills, providing training and placement opportunities in the tractor and farm machinery sector.

Established at the Government ITI College, Gadchiroli, in collaboration with the Department of Vocational Education & Training (DVET) and Maharashtra State Skill Development Society (MSSDS), the centre aligns with national and state-level priorities on skill development. It will offer hands-on training using modern technical equipment, delivered by expert trainers, preparing youth for careers in tractor assembly, sales, and service across Mahindra’s ecosystem.

Mr Veejay Nakra, President – Farm Equipment Business, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., said, “We are honoured that PM Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the Mahindra Tractor Skill Development Centre in Gadchiroli.
