Mahindra’s Farm Equipment Sector Records 19% Growth in Domestic Tractor Sales in February 2025
Mumbai, March 01, 2025: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.’s Farm Equipment Sector (FES) reported domestic tractor sales of 23,880 units in February 2025, marking a 19% year-on-year growth compared to 20,121 units in February 2024.
Total tractor sales (domestic + exports) stood at 25,527 units, reflecting an 18% growth over the same period last year. Exports reached 1,647 units, growing by 6% year-on-year.
Hemant Sikka, President of the farm Equipment Sector at M&M Ltd., commented, “A positive Rabi crop outlook, increased agri credit limits, and continued government support for farmers are driving demand. We anticipate sustained growth in the coming months.”
