Mahindra Farm Equipment Business Registers 5% Growth in Domestic Tractor Sales in July 2025

Total sales at 28,708 units; Exports rise 6% year-on-year

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.’s Farm Equipment Business (FEB), a core arm of the Mahindra Group, reported robust tractor sales for July 2025, with domestic sales reaching 26,990 units, marking a 5% increase over the 25,587 units sold in July 2024.

The total tractor sales (domestic + exports) stood at 28,708 units, reflecting a 6% year-on-year growth compared to 27,209 units in July 2024. Exports accounted for 1,718 units, up 6% from 1,622 units in the same month last year.

Comment from Leadership

Veejay Nakra, President – Farm Equipment Business, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., commented:

“Our domestic sales grew 5% in July, driven by ongoing land preparation and strong rural cash flows post Rabi harvest. A normal monsoon trajectory also supported demand during the early Kharif sowing phase. On the international front, exports grew 6%, continuing the positive momentum.”
