Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.’s Farm Equipment Business (FEB), part of the Mahindra Group, announced robust tractor sales for October 2025, reflecting continued rural momentum and strong festive demand.

The company reported domestic sales of 72,071 units in October 2025, up 12% year-on-year compared to 64,326 units sold in October 2024. Overall tractor sales (domestic + exports) stood at 73,660 units, marking a 13% increase over the 65,453 units recorded during the same month last year. Exports saw a strong rise of 41%, reaching 1,589 units.

For the combined festive period of September and October 2025, Mahindra recorded a 27.4% growth compared to the same period last year, aided by the split festive season this year versus a single-month festive period in 2024.

Commenting on the performance, Veejay Nakra, President – Farm Equipment Business, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., said:

“We have sold 72,071 tractors in the domestic market during October, a 12% growth over last year. For the festive period of September and October together, the growth is 27.4% compared to the same period last year. A good monsoon, coupled with the recent GST rate cut, has boosted demand during these months. Looking ahead, the timely onset of Rabi sowing and strong Kharif harvesting progress are positive indicators for the tractor industry.”
