Mahindra BE 6, XUV 9e Pack Two Deliveries Start End-July

Mahindra to Begin Deliveries of BE 6 and XUV 9e Pack Two by End-July — Now with 79 kWh Battery Option

Mahindra’s EV game is getting serious — and fast. After setting the pace with its all-electric BE 6 and XUV 9e, the brand is now gearing up to begin deliveries of Pack Two from the end of July, featuring not just a solid feature set but also a new 79 kWh battery pack option for those who want that extra range.

And yes, prices are still competitive, with the BE 6 starting at just ₹21.90 lakh (ex-showroom) and the larger XUV 9e starting at ₹24.90 lakh.

Two Battery Options, One Ambition: EV Domination

Customer feedback played a key role in shaping Pack Two. While the 59 kWh version already delivers a real-world range of around 400 km, the new 79 kWh option takes it up to an impressive 500 km, giving range anxiety a solid knockout punch.

Pricing Snapshot (Ex-Showroom):

Model 59 kWh Price 79 kWh Price
BE 6 Pack Two ₹21.90 Lakh ₹23.50 Lakh
XUV 9e Pack Two ₹24.90 Lakh ₹26.50 Lakh

Charger and installation costs are separate. Two charger options (7.2 kW and 11.2 kW) are available.

What’s Under the Hood?

Power is plentiful. The 79 kWh variant packs a punch with a 210 kW motor, while the 59 kWh model isn’t far behind with 170 kW. Thanks to Mahindra’s fast-charging capability (up to 175 kW DC), a 20% to 80% top-up takes just 20 minutes. Perfect for quick pit stops on long drives.

Tech-Fest Inside

Expect everything you’d want in a modern electric SUV — and then some. We’re talking:

Performance Meets Design

For Pack Two, Mahindra is also borrowing premium features from Pack Three, like the Sage leatherette upholstery and a classy ivory roof liner for the BE 6.

With 6 airbags, L2 ADAS, all-wheel disc brakes, and smart tech like brake-by-wire and adaptive cruise control, these Mahindra EVs don’t cut corners on safety. And yes, the high-strength bodyshell and a full suite of parking sensors and cameras are standard.

Flexible for Existing Bookings

Already booked a BE 6 or XUV 9e earlier? Good news — customers will have the option to upgrade to the 79 kWh Pack Two variant, reaffirming Mahindra’s flexibility and customer-first approach.

Backed by a Strong Network

Mahindra isn’t just shipping EVs — it’s supporting them. With a 300+ dealer and service network across India and fast-charging expansion plans in place, owning a Mahindra EV is set to be hassle-free from the get-go.
