VinFast Auto India, a subsidiary of the global electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast, has achieved a significant milestone in its India journey with 24 dealerships now operational across major cities. This marks strong progress toward the brand’s target of establishing 35 dealerships nationwide by the end of 2025, reaffirming its commitment to bringing a premium, customer-centric electric mobility experience to Indian consumers.
The milestone comes shortly after the Indian debut of VinFast’s premium electric SUVs — VF 6 and VF 7, which customers can now experience firsthand across the newly opened showrooms.
Expanding Nationwide Presence
VinFast’s retail network now spans across key urban centres including Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Surat, Pune, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Nagpur, Agra, Ludhiana, Jaipur, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, Baroda, and Rajkot, reinforcing the company’s rapid footprint expansion in one of the world’s fastest-growing EV markets.
Each showroom adheres to VinFast’s global retail standards, featuring a contemporary design, interactive product zones, and customer engagement spaces to ensure a transparent and premium brand experience.
Commitment to Sustainable Mobility

Building a Holistic EV Ecosystem
Beyond expanding its retail footprint, VinFast is developing a comprehensive EV ecosystem integrating sales, charging infrastructure, and after-sales services. The company has partnered with RoadGrid, myTVS, Castrol India, and Global Assure to ensure seamless nationwide support — from charging convenience to vehicle maintenance and roadside assistance.
Strengthening ‘Make in India’ Vision
A key pillar of VinFast’s India strategy is its upcoming state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, spread across 400 acres. In its first phase, the plant will assemble the VF 6 and VF 7 models with an initial annual capacity of 50,000 vehicles, scalable up to 150,000 units. Once fully operational, it is expected to create 3,000–3,500 direct jobs and several thousand more across the wider supply chain, reinforcing Tamil Nadu’s growing status as a major EV manufacturing hub in South Asia.
Towards a Nationwide EV Network
VinFast remains on track to operationalize all 35 dealerships by December 2025, building a strong retail and service network that ensures brand accessibility, reliable after-sales support, and a seamless ownership journey.
