TATA.ev, a pioneer in India’s EV revolution, has announced an ambitious initiative to double the nation’s charging infrastructure, expanding to 400,000 charging points by 2027. Building on the success of 200,000+ EV sales, this move reinforces its commitment to making EV adoption seamless and accessible.

Driving the Next Phase of EV Growth

Since 2019, TATA.ev has led India’s EV charging expansion, introducing home charging solutions and launching public charging networks in key EV-adopting cities. In 2023, the brand introduced ‘Open Collaboration’, forging partnerships with Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to accelerate highway charging, which has now doubled public charging stations to 18,000+ in just 15 months.

TATA.ev Mega Chargers: Superfast & Reliable Charging

A flagship under Open Collaboration 2.0, TATA.ev Mega Chargers will provide high-speed, high-quality charging on key highways and urban routes. With MOUs signed with Tata Power, ChargeZone, Statiq, and Zeon, the first 500 Mega Chargers will be deployed in two years.

By rapidly scaling charging infrastructure, TATA.ev is accelerating India’s transition to a greener, more sustainable future.
