Euler Motors introduces STORM EV, India’s first ADAS-equipped 4W LCV, with two models designed for intercity (LongRange 200) and intracity (T1250)
Euler Motors, a leading electric commercial vehicle manufacturer, has unveiled two new models of its Storm EV cargo vehicles, designed for both intercity and intracity use. The Storm EV LongRange 200 (intercity) and Storm EV T1250 (intracity) both feature a 1250 kg payload capacity, marking the company’s entry into the 4W Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) market. Additionally, Euler Motors introduces ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) in the Indian LCV segment, along with 10 other segment-first features.
The Storm EV LongRange 200, designed for intercity transport, offers a best-in-class 200 km Real Range (RR), enabling efficient cargo movement between cities like Delhi and Jaipur or Chennai and Vellore. It supports CCS fast charging, providing 100 km of range in just 15 minutes, complemented by a 10 ft body length and 330 Cft of volumetric capacity. The vehicle’s 8-leaf rear suspension ensures smooth transport for various types of cargo.
The Storm EV T1250, built for intracity use, offers a 140 km Real Range, 8.2 ft body length, and 220-260 Cft volumetric capacity. Equipped with DC001 fast charging, it can reach 100 km of range in 30 minutes. It is available in two variants for carrying dense or regular loads. The armoured variant, ideal for transporting heavy materials like mortar or wood, features a 4 mm armoured skateboard chassis, 8-leaf rear suspension, and reinforced load body floor for safe transportation across diverse road conditions.
Driver and cargo safety is a key priority for Euler Motors. The Storm EV models come with ADAS, including Night Vision Assist (NVA) and front and reverse camera collision alerts. NVA provides clear imaging of obstacles in low-light conditions, allowing drivers to extend their hours on the road, while the camera alerts improve on-road safety by detecting potential hazards and signaling traffic lights.
The Storm EV LongRange 200 is priced at ₹12.99 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi), while the Storm EV T1250 comes at a competitive price of ₹8.99 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). Euler Motors is also offering an industry-first extended warranty of 7 years or 2.0 lakh kilometers. Both models set new benchmarks in the commercial EV market with cutting-edge technology, strong performance, and innovative design, delivering a versatile solution for heavy-load transport in both intra- and inter-city operations, all while achieving price parity with comparable ICE counterparts.
