Mercedes-Benz India has reinforced its presence in Rajasthan with the inauguration of a world-class 2S luxury service facility in Udaipur. Operated by T&T Motors, this is the brand’s fourth facility in the state and its first 2S outlet in Udaipur, reflecting Mercedes-Benz’s strong “service first” approach in emerging luxury markets.
Spread across 9,000 sq. ft., the facility features advanced service bays for preventive maintenance, general repairs, and quick body and paint jobs. It also introduces a Premier Express Bay capable of completing servicing within 60 minutes. In addition, the outlet houses Udaipur’s only 180 kW ultra-fast EV charger with two bays, open to all EV users.
The facility also offers an exclusive handover bay featuring the signature “Key Presenter” for special deliveries, along with private and semi-private consultation areas, a boutique shop, and dedicated hospitality services.

With this inauguration, Mercedes-Benz now operates over 140 luxury touchpoints across 50+ cities in India, further strengthening its expansion into high-potential growth markets.
